Personality Shisui was Itachi's greatest buddy; in fact, Itachi considered Shisui to be his elder brother. Shisui, on the other hand, was fiercely loyal to the clan, which is why the Konoha Military Police Force sent him to spy on Itachi. The authorities did not think he could have committed suicide because of his dedication. Shisui and his tribe were dedicated to the security of the community, which he adored. With this in mind, he gave Itachi his left eye and commanded him to guard the community. Itachi said that he and Naruto Uzumaki had similar ideas and aims.
Abilities
Shisui, like his closest buddy, was instantly recognized as a juvenile prodigy, swiftly ascending through the shinobi ranks and demonstrating remarkable aptitude in all three disciplines of shinobi combat, despite his affinity for genjutsu. Shisui's name was instantly associated with his famous genjutsu talents and mastery in the Body Flicker Technique long after his death, even by terrifying shinobi such as the five Kage and Jinchriki. [7] [1] Though he had yet to discover the full extent of his powers, Itachi freely claimed Shisui outclassed him in practically every manner conceivable and that it was unlikely he would ever be able to compete with Shisui. He was said to be very sensitive, able to accurately assess any scenario and adapt to even the most severe of situations. After declaring that "[they] were no match for him," a platoon of four Kirigakure shinobi, including Ao, retreated instantly upon detecting his mere presence. [3]
Shisui resembled his ancestor Kagami Uchiha in many ways, including his short, untidy, dark-colored hair, black eyes, a rather large nose, and well-defined eyelashes that turned upwards at either end. However, in the anime, these sentences are fractured rather than entire. He donned the Uchiha clan's customary dress, which included a high-collared, dark-colored garment with a tant strapped to the right side of his rear shoulder. He also looked to be wearing a harness for his tantrum, which stretched over his chest and was hooked over both of his shoulders.
Background Shisui watched his closest friend die without being able to help him during the conclusion of the Third Shinobi World War, which triggered the Mangeky Sharingan.
