At the time of writing, nothing has been discovered that would trigger a second step of the quest, if one exists. However, there is a good chance that this will be linked to a Forsaken quest or another step hidden somewhere in Destiny 2. We've had time-gated quests in the past, so getting the coupon could be the first step. Reddit users have currently tested out using the coupon in a Nightfall, completing Cayde-6's treasure maps, visiting other ramen shops during the story quests, and completing virtually every activity, dismantling the coupon, and giving it to Cayde-6. All of which yields nothing.
