When Iwaizumi and Oikawa's initial names (Hajime and Tru, respectively) are joined, they become "," which means "obstinate" or "dauntless."
As mentioned in the Seijoh supplement, Iwaizumi and Oikawa leave for North and South America after high school. They will eventually be able to realize their promise in the 2021 Olympics, with Iwaizumi serving as Japan's athletic trainer and Oikawa serving as Argentina's national team setter. In Chapter 395, it is hinted that they are still in communication while overseas.
